Just How Boring Can One Blog Be? (Part I)

Welcome to my new quest: the noble pursuit of not bombing the GRE. I now present words you will never need to use in real life. Thank you for your participation, and, as always, peace be with you.

Fun words of the day:

abeyance: noun 1 : a lapse in succession during which there is no person in whom a title is vested 2 : temporary inactivity : suspension

anarchronism: noun: 1: an error in chronology ; especially : a chronological misplacing of persons, events, objects, or customs in regard to each other 2: a person or a thing that is chronologically out of place ; especially : one from a former age that is incongruous in the present 3: the state or condition of being chronologically out of place
(I plan to use this during my next Lost discussion. "Dude, Desmond was, like, a total anarchronism." But seriously, outside of the discussing of science fiction, when the hell would you use that word? )

sartorial:
adj: of or relating to a tailor or tailored clothes
(There's an adverb form, but I have no idea how one would use it properly.)

supellectile: adj : relating to furniture

(Thank you Elysel Sewell.)
